Northern Primrose is looking for someone who can think ahead, take feedback without shutting down, and grow through it. We work with fast-moving clients, so we need people who stay steady, stay curious, and don’t crumble when things get messy.
If you’re resilient, teachable, and willing to implement feedback immediately (not someday), you’ll be a strong fit here.
What You’ll Do:
Client Support
- Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox cleanups
- Support meetings: notes, action items, follow-ups
- Update tasks and projects in platformsw like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
- Create documents: SOPs, templates, processes
- Light CRM updates, bookkeeping and basic social support (LinkedIn, IG, FB)
- Learn each client’s world quickly and adapt to their style
- Communicate with client teams professionally and clearly
Internal Support
- Assist NP leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation
- Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp
- Help improve internal processes and workflows
- Participate in training and ongoing development
Tools
You’ll work inside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You don’t need to know everything now, but you must be able to learn fast.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in admin, operations, customer service, or similar
- Strong tech comfort; able to pick up new tools quickly
- Experience with remote work and multiple clients is a plus
- ClickUp experience is a bonus
- Certificate or diploma in business/admin is helpful but not required
