The Challenge

Idea Networks manages multiple clients across Canada and the United States. Day-to-day scheduling, formal and standard processes and procedures were increasing with the companies volume. With this growth, a customer relationship management system was becoming a larger focus. Idea Networks was in need of high level project management, given seasonal fluctuations they were unable to find a successful candidate within the open market.

How we overcame it.

We began creating formal processes from day one. Started tracking the many projects in a spreadsheet that we continually updated. All documents were collaborated on with their team with the use of Smartsheet.

We self-trained on their customer relationship management (CRM) system, and lead training with their whole team to use it to its highest capability. The team is now fully confident and nothing is going missed.
