The Challenge

Scheduling an abundance of meetings and keeping up with everyone’s ability to attend is part of the very fabric of MacPhie. It became challenging for the team to balance the work and the facetime required for them to do great work. Inboxes were bloated with requests, crowded with information that could be better put elsewhere. Beyond this, with no support staff in place, bookkeeping was struggling to get all of the information they required to stay on top of the receipts and invoicing.

How we overcame it.

We facilitated the setup and implementation of a CRM system to track and manage tasks and follow-ups. The staff no longer had to schedule their own calls — saving the MacPhie team upwards of 10 hours a week.

From there we consolidated inboxes and utilized email forwarding to save time overall while maintaining a clear line of communication with all parties involved.

We met with their bookkeeper and strategized a cadenced plan to manage team expenses and receipts processed accurately and effectively.

The results : Loads of time saved, less frustration overall, better team culture, and by extension, happier clients.
